Springfield/Spall is where a lot of the action is found. You'll find Orchard Park Shopping Centre, the largest mall in Kelowna where you'll find almost everything you may need from restaurants, sporting goods, clothes and electronics.

In the summer months, you can check out the Kelowna Farmers' and Crafters' Market outdoors Wednesdays & Sundays on the corner of Dilworth and Springfield. I recommend stopping by Sterling Springs Chicken for their local chicken, and Italian Meat Master for their fresh and locally produced sausage selection. If you're just starting your day here, grab a cup of coffee from Anarchy Coffee Roasters to set you on the right track.

The Mission Creek Greenway is a great way to explore the lands by cycling, jogging, running or walking. The Greenway starts from Lakeshore Road and runs east through Kelowna.

If it's one of those days where you're staying indoors, a great spot to catch a movie is Cineplex Cinemas in Orchard Plaza. They have the best seating, with fully reclining leather chairs and tons of legroom.
