Between K.L.O. and Collett Road, along Gordon Drive, the Lower Mission is home to tons of amenities and popular points of interest. Arguably, best known for many its beach options like Gyro, Sarson and Rotary Beach; all of which you are packed during the summer, but with no shortage of a spot to soak up the sun.

Lower Mission also has a vast mix of local businesses including shops, restaurants and recreational facilities. Tip: Surf Side California food truck parks at Rotary Beach and has in my opinion, a top 3 taco in all of Kelowna. Mission Park Shopping Centre is at the North end of Lower Mission, and is home to many restaurants and businesses that accommodate your every need. 

You will find many school options that include a handful of elementary, secondary and middle schools. Okanagan College is also found in Lower Mission along K.L.O.

Rich with amenities but is also quite large with pockets of suburbs, so depending on where you live, you may need a vehicle. For those leisure days, it's quite walkable and bikeable should you wish to take in the sights.
